In order to do be who you want to be you'll need to do things you've never done. If you want to be a magnetic leader that people respect and want to work with then you'll need to know who you are, what you want, what you're good at, and where your blind spots are. Because being confident and authentic are the most important element to earn trust and inspire innovation. Also, like everyone else, you can smell a faker from a mile away. I get it. I was the worst faker ever. I was a leader that was pieced together like a 5th grade magazine collage. I created a persona that helped me succeed in the high-tech industry which took me on a course far from who I really was. Everyday sucked a little bit more life out of me until that one day I hired an executive coach. I would have never thought in a million years that I could be a "creative, social-language-speaking fashionista" solving big business problems and influencing executives in high-tech. Aha! I could still have the same business impacting value and combine it with the real me which gave me more freedom, confidence and satisfaction. And guess what? I inspired my team and executives around me which multiplied creativity and productivity.

Now, I'm teaching others how to do it. I've created a coaching practice that liberates your confidence, not tells you how you should hold your hands when presenting.  My coaching approach works from the inside out.

I once forgot to pay my son's college tuition because I didn’t say NO to the pressures of trying to help everyone else. Embarrassing, right? I am providing free coaching for two single working mothers looking to transform their life from an underdog to a "shero". I have a passion for helping single working mothers learn that with intentional design, action, and belief anything is possible. The $2 "Shero" Bill coaching is a series of six 1 hour coaching sessions over three months focused on consciously designing a life that's best for you and those around you without compromising your authentic identity or purpose in life.

Why the $2 Bill?

Years ago the universe introduced me to a special person at a large workshop I was hosting. He was a trusted leader presenting on "Winning as a Team". This leader handed out a $2 bill to each person in the room and inspired them to do something significant with it. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it at first. Countless times I wavered on giving it to a homeless person on the sidewalks of San Francisco but my gut told me there was a different purpose for the $2 bill.  I wanted to be thoughtful in how I "pay forward" the kindness the universe shared with me, especially during the times when I was a single working mother. A year later it became clear to me I would dedicate my $2 bill to helping other single working mothers. To this day, I still carry the $2 in my wallet.
